The transmitted data will not be stored on any media. The data will only be stored temporary due to processing and then be deleted. A script (program) directly sends the data via mail to the e-mail address of the CAJUN ROOSTERS. Your data will only be evaluated for the CD-DVD ordering purpose. Your data will not be given to a third party. If you don't want to mail your creditcarddetails for any safety reasons please fax it
together with your order to +49/221-5103430. In addition you have the possibility to use our faxforms (download). 
The time of delivery should be within 4 weeks (depending on the destination country). 
However, the delivery time can be longer due to unknown reasons.

• Entries to the guestbook are visible immediately. Please check your entries exactly bevor sending it.

• All entries are stored automaticly to a data-file by a  PHP-Script.

• The entries are not checked after they are stored.

• Put in your name please. Anonymous entries seems dubious.

• Never put in personal informations like address or telephonenumber.

• If you want to be contacted, put in your email and/or your Homepage-URL

• The Homepage-URL will be checked of correctness.

• To protect you against spam mails we suggest, that you never use the " @ " within your email. Instead of " @ "  use  " ! " (E.g.  name!domain.com

  • Why to use ! ? Most of the websites will be scaned by "strange people" to find the " @ " on all pages. If found, they scan all characters bevor and after the " @ "...and the email is found and stored. This scanning is done automaticly. Due to this fact the " ! " within the email will not be scaned and stored. When using an email with the ! in an email-client, replace the "!" with the " @ ".

• If you don't want to name a Homepage, leave the " http:// " in the field.

• The minimum and maximum lenght of the fields are limited:

  • name: min. 2 and max. 40 characters

  • email: max. 50 characters

  • homepage: max. 60 characters

  • city: max. 50 characters

  • country: max. 50 characters

  • message: min. 3 and max. 2000 characters

• All entries are checked against a "BADWORD-LIST" with English and German  terms. When words are found wich are contained in the list, they will be replaced by " ****** ". If you are censored unjustified or if you find bad words in entries which are not censored, please feel free and inform us about this words.
